Services

	Initial Consultation	At this required visit, Welcome Home Pet Services will assist you in completing all necessary paperwork, answer any questions you may have, obtain two working house keys ( garage door clickers if needed to access your home), tour your home and receive payment for the first booking in order to secure the dates. This visit is FREE and usually last 30-60 minutes and is a great time for the two of us to get to know one another. This required visit will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service.

	Drop-In Visit	Short and sweet, this is a quick visit for potty breaks, checking on food and water, administering mid-day medications, changing litter box(s), or just taking your pets outside for some fresh air! This visit can also be used to transfer keys, (pick-up, and drop-off), check stove/oven, iron, turn off sprinklers, close windows, etc. 15-20 MINUTES $12 up to 2 pets, $5 each add’l pet

	Standard Visit	Our most popular choice. Good for multiple pet homes, supervised feedings, short walks and a game of fetch. We come to your pet’s home and take care of as much as possible in within a 30 minute time-frame. These visits can be scheduled for early morning (6-9am), mid-day (11-2pm), or evening (5-8pm). 30 MINUTES $20 up to 2 pets, $5 each add’l pet

	Sleepover	This service is designed for the client who would like the peace of mind that their entire home is being taken care of as well as their pets being comfortable in their own beds! Our pet associate will arrive at the time specified by you and stay roughly 12 hours. While there, the associate will care for all your pets needs (food, water, potty breaks, TLC, medication, etc.) In addition, Welcome Home Pet Services can water indoor and outdoor plants, bring in mail, newspapers, take out trash, etc... 12 HOURS $50 up to 3 pets, $5.00 each add’l pet no limit.

	Dog Walking	Perfect for dog parents who work all day, who are physically unable, or just don’t have enough time. Dogs tend to get restless, bored and even sometimes destructive when left at home all day. Out staff at Welcome Home Pet Services can break-up your dog’s day by taking him on a nice, long neighborhood walk. While on this walk we can even practice your training commands!! At home, we’ll give him/her big bowl fresh water, a treat and a hug and kiss! You will always come home to a happy pup! 45 MINUTES $25 up to 2 pets, $5 each add’l pet. (Will not walk more than 2 dogs at a time) We require a two visit minimum per dog and a one visit minimum per cat clients. (These minimums are for those pets whose parents are out of town, and does not include day of client departure or return) These visits for the PET BENEFIT, a lot can happen in a day!)

	Pet Taxi	Need extra help making those veterinary visits? Groomer appointments? Or need someone to pick-up your pet from the kennel to avoid an extra night charges. Most kennels work on a set schedule or charge a huge sure-charge to pick-up after hours, Welcome Home Pet Services in here to help. We will drop off and pick-up at your pet’s convenience. We also have extra-small to Giant size crates to transfer your pets in safely home. Some pets are not fond of crates and that is ok too!!

	Payment	Payment is due at the time the services are rendered. Cash or Check only. Make checks payable to WELCOME HOME PET SERVICES THERE WILL BE A 10% PER DAY SURCHARGE FOR THE HOLIDAY DATES LISTED BELOW: APRIL 11 - 12 NOVEMBER 25 - 29 DECEMBER 24 - JANUARY 2 Refunds and Cancellations Out of respect to our associates, please notify us of all cancellations as soon as possible. All Holiday Bookings will require a $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for cancellations made inside of 2 weeks.
